Shipping

All orders are processed within 5 - 7 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

We currently ship within SouthEast Asia and United States (for an extra shipping fee).

Returns

If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help!

​

We offer free returns or exchanges of products within 14 days of receiving your order.

You can return your product in exchange for a different product, or request a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned items must be returned in original packaging.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
