GAMES & EVENTS
1. How do I register for a game/event?
You can sign up for events directly through our website. Get first-hand notifications on our games, slots and events on our Telegram or WhatsApp Announcement channels, and make sure to register early as spots can fill up quickly!
2. What should I expect after signing up for a game?
Once you sign up for a game at TableMinis, here's what to expect:

📱 Admin Confirmation via WhatsApp
Our admin will confirm your seat through WhatsApp using the number you provided during signup. You’ll also receive all the necessary event details, including payment instructions and methods.

💬 Join the Party Group Chat
For most events, you’ll also be added to a group chat where you can meet your GM and fellow players, ask questions, and receive updates leading up to the session.

🎲 Interact with Your GM/Facilitator and Party Members
n the group chat, feel free to ask questions to your assigned GM and get to know the rest of your party members. You'll also receive updates on the game sessions in the group chat.
3. Do I need to bring my own materials?
For our Dungeons & Dragons and TTRPG sessions, all necessary materials such as character sheets, dice, and writing materials are provided. However, if you have your own dice or character sheets, feel free to bring them along!
For other TCG events like Magic: The Gathering, you should bring your own deck unless the event specifies that decks will be provided (e.g., for draft or sealed events).
4. How do I know if a game is suitable for my experience level?
Our event descriptions will specify the recommended experience level and play styles. We offer games for all skill levels, from beginner to advanced. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to us, and we can help you find a game that’s right for you.
5. I’m new to D&D/TTRPG. Can I still join?
Absolutely! TableMinis is beginner-friendly, and many of our events are designed with new players in mind.
For Dungeons & Dragons and Tabletop Roleplaying Games, we offer Beginner Taster sessions and short adventures tailored for those new to the game. Many of our other events will also have Learn-to-Play tables for those who are new.
6. Can I attend events if I don't speak the language fluently?
We mainly host events in English. However, if you’re concerned about language barriers, please let us know in advance.
We’ll make sure the event is accessible to you by using basic English or providing assistance.
7. Is there anything special I should know about attending games/events?
For themed and unique events, expect an immersive experience! We often deck out the space with decorations, music, and other elements to enhance the atmosphere. These events might also come with special pricing due to the premium experience provided.
8. What happens if I encounter a problem during the game/event?
We strive to create a fun and inclusive environment for everyone. If you experience any issues, please don’t hesitate to speak with the event host, Facilitator, or Game Master. They are there to help and ensure everyone has a great time.

9. Are there age restrictions for games/events?
Most of our games are suitable for players aged 18 and up. If we have a mixed-age group (with participants ranging from under 18 years old to above 40 years old), we will ensure our GMs and facilitators are well-equipped to manage. We also host games and events specifically catered for younger players, where they can play within their age groups.
10. Can I bring a friend?
Yes! We encourage you to bring friends along to share the experience. However, please ensure they sign up in advance to secure their spot, as space can be limited.
11. Do you offer private game sessions?
Yes, we do! If you’re interested in a private game session for you and your friends or family, we can arrange that.

12. Do you accept solo sign-ups?
Yes! You don’t need to bring a group to join a game. Many of our players come alone and are matched into a party, making it a great way to meet new people.
13. How early should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session starts so you have time to settle in, get your materials, and meet your group.
14. What happens if I’m late?
Games will start on time out of respect for all participants. If you’re late, you can still join, but you may miss some introductions or early parts of the adventure. Please inform your event host or GM if you're running late.
15. What happens if not enough players sign up?
Some events require a minimum number of players to run. If the session doesn’t meet the minimum, we’ll let you know in advance and offer you a refund or credit towards another session.
BOOKING & PAYMENTS
1. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?
We understand that plans can change! Our cancellation and rescheduling policy depends on the type of event. For campaigns and longer adventures, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. For one-shots and tasters, please let us know as soon as possible. Check the event policy for full details.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayNow, credit/debit card, and cash (for some events). Payment instructions will be sent once your booking is confirmed.
SAFETY
1. What safety measures are in place during games/events?
At TableMinis, we prioritise the safety and well-being of all participants, and foster an inclusive environment where everyone is expected to treat others with respect. All players and participants are required to agree with our Table Agreement aka the Social Contract, which outlines expected behaviour to ensure a positive experience for everyone. If you ever feel uncomfortable, please speak to the Game Master, or contact us directly via our WhatsApp hotline.
2. What is TableMinis’ policy on player behaviour?
We expect all players to be respectful and considerate of others. Disruptive and unfriendly behaviour will not be tolerated.
We aim to create a welcoming space for everyone, so if you encounter any issues, please let us know, and we will address them promptly.
3. What happens if someone violates the Social Contract?
We take our Social Contract seriously. Players who engage in disrespectful, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour may be asked to leave the event without a refund.
4. Can I bring food or drinks to the event?
Light snacks, food and drinks are welcome, but please be considerate and keep the space tidy. Alcohol is not permitted for under-18s.
5. Can I take photos or videos during the event?
Yes, but please do so respectfully. Always check with your GM and fellow players before taking photos or videos, and avoid disrupting the flow of the game.

1. Do you host birthday parties, corporate events, or special occasions?
Yes! We can create customised game sessions for birthdays, team-building events, and other special occasions. Contact us via WhatsApp to discuss your ideas.
