Q: Who are you and how can I reach you?

We are TableMinis Studio Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202558047R), a tabletop gaming studio and retailer based in Singapore. We operate tableminis.com and run games, events, workshops, and a retail store.

Q: What personal data do you collect?

We collect personal data you provide directly or that is generated through your use of our services:

- Payment information: transaction details processed through our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
- Booking and event information: session preferences, game experience level, and communications related to bookings.
- Website usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on our site, collected via cookies and analytics tools.
- Communications: messages you send us via WhatsApp, email, or web forms.

Q: How do you use my personal data?

We collect and use personal data only for purposes that are reasonable in the context of our relationship with you, including:
- Processing bookings, payments, and event registrations
- Communicating with you about your bookings, purchases, and enquiries
- Sending event updates, newsletters, and promotional content (with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time)
- Managing our GM programme and community membership

Q: Do you share my data with anyone?

We do not sell or trade your personal data. We may share it with:
- Service providers: payment processors, email platforms, and booking tools that help us deliver our services. These parties are bound to use your data only as instructed by us.

We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes, unless you have opted in to this upon registering for our events.

Q: Is my data transferred overseas?

Some of our service providers may process data outside Singapore. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure the receiving organisation provides a standard of data protection comparable to Singapore’s PDPA requirements.

Q: How do you protect my data?

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, and loss — including access controls and encrypted communications.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Q: How long do you keep my data?

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Booking and transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for accounting and legal compliance. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

Q: Do you use cookies?

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand how visitors use our site and to improve your experience. You can control cookie settings through your browser, though disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality.

Q: What are my rights under the PDPA?

Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012, you have the right to:

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites — please review their policies directly.

Q: What about children’s privacy?

Our services are primarily intended for individuals aged 18 and above. Where we offer youth programmes, personal data of participants under 18 is collected only with parental or guardian consent.

Q: Can this policy change?

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review it periodically.

Q: How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days before dispatch. During high-demand periods this may be slightly longer. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Q: Do you ship within Singapore?
A: Yes, we ship within Singapore via standard tracked courier. We use J&T Express as our courier service provider.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to countries within Southeast Asia and to the United States. International shipping is calculated at checkout via J&T Express.
Please note that the base shipping fee shown at checkout is an estimate. We may contact you to top up the shipping cost if the actual fee is significantly higher than the estimated amount.
Once your order is dispatched, J&T Express will hand it over to a local forwarder in your country — tracking details will be provided to you at that stage, via your country’s forwarder.
Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only; they may be affected by customs processing or carrier delays. Customs and import duties for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

Q: What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be returned within 14 days of the date you received your order
- Be in their original, unopened packaging
- Be unused and undamaged

Q: What items cannot be returned?

The following are non-returnable:
- Discounted or sale items — all sale purchases are final
- Opened card game products (e.g. opened Magic: The Gathering packs)
- Digital goods or downloadable content
- Event tickets and game session bookings (see our cancellation policy)
- Custom or made-to-order items

Q: How do refunds work?

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is due to an error on our part (wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.

Q: What if I want to exchange an item?

Please contact us first to confirm availability before sending anything back. We’ll guide you through the process.

Q: My order arrived damaged or defective. What do I do?

A: Contact us within 5 days of receipt at hello@tableminis.com with:
1. Your order number
2. A description of the issue
3. Clear photos of the damage or defect
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Q: How do I return an item?

Email hello@tableminis.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us. Do not send items without prior confirmation — unapproved returns cannot be processed.
Once received and inspected, we’ll confirm your refund or exchange.

Q: Can I return something I bought in-store?

Items purchased in-store may be exchanged within 14 days with proof of purchase, subject to the same eligibility conditions above. Bring the item and your receipt to the studio during opening hours.
