You begin as unknown adventurers. No reputation. No allies. No leverage. Just the city, its streets, and whatever you're willing to do to rise through them.

Across five story arcs spanning 40 sessions, your party will build influence, forge and break alliances, navigate the criminal underworld, and ultimately find yourselves at the centre of a multi-layered, high-stakes heist involving powerful factions, hidden vaults, and decisions that cannot be undone.

But the heist is not the end of the story.

It is not even what it appears to be.

When the dust settles and the vaults are cracked, the players are caught in the middle of something far larger and more dangerous than any of them planned for. The city is watching. Rivals are moving. And the truth of what really happened is still buried somewhere beneath Waterdeep's cobblestone streets.

Can you unravel the mystery before it's too late?

This campaign emphasises player agency, choices made early will significantly shape the outcome of the heist and everything that follows. This is a living city that reacts to what you do, remembers what you did, and holds you accountable for it.

Session Details

This is a long-running campaign that is estimated at 40 sessions. Consistent attendance is essential. Missing one or two sessions occasionally is fine, but players should be ready to invest in the full arc.

The dates listed here are for Part 1. Future sessions will be renewed on a monthly basis.
