Tasha's Kiss is a name known across the land, a beloved jester who travels from town to town, bringing laughter and wonder to all who watch her perform. Charming. Charismatic. Impossible to resist.

An entire village went in to see her show.

Nobody came out.

The Madhouse of Tasha's Kiss is a pocket dimension unlike anything you have encountered. Each room operates by its own logic. Each room has its own horrors. And the longer you stay inside, the more the madness accumulates, slowly, deliberately, and with genuine mechanical weight.

This is a psychological horror campaign built on atmosphere, surreal encounters, escalating dread, and a villain whose tragedy is as unsettling as her power. It rewards creative thinking, roleplay, and the willingness to be genuinely disturbed.

You are not here to clear a dungeon.

You are here to survive a madhouse and find a way out.
