The city of Silverymoon is one of the most civilised, culturally rich settlements on the Sword Coast. It is not the kind of place where people vanish without explanation.

Yet they do, quietly, in the night, without warning.

The rumours are getting louder. Talks of fiends, evil creatures... Something spiriting people away from their beds and their streets and their ordinary lives. Most of the missing turn up eventually, but wrong - quieter, duller - with no memory of where they went or what was done to them. But always, without exception, with a very good haircut.

Something is happening in Silverymoon. It is stranger than the rumours suggest and considerably more unsettling than a missing persons case has any right to be. The truth, when it surfaces, will be exactly as bizarre as the evidence implies, and then a little more.

The Barber of Silverymoon is an investigation-driven adventure built around one of the most delightfully strange premises in D&D, a mystery that balances genuine unease with the dawning realisation that yes, it is exactly what it sounds like, and no, that does not make it less alarming.
