We’ll focus on practical, low-maintenance tools and habits that keep your campaign coherent and alive, even when real life gets busy.

Whether you’re managing a 6-month arc or a multi-year epic, this workshop gives you structures that support your storytelling instead of constraining it.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to manage long-term campaigns without getting overwhelmed by the details. We’ll cover how to plan story arcs that leave room for player choices so you don't end up railroading your table, and how to track factions and plot threads across months of play. You'll learn simple, usable note-taking systems for NPCs and locations that actually help during a session, along with ways to handle downtime and session recaps. Beyond the logistics, we’ll talk about GM sustainability, how to avoid burnout, manage shifting schedules, and set healthy expectations with your players. Finally, we’ll discuss how to know when to pivot, pause, or wrap up a campaign so the story feels satisfying for everyone involved.
