In The Wayward Son, you adventure alongside Astarion, the sharp-tongued vampire spawn known to fans of Baldur’s Gate 3. What begins as an evening of uneasy calm quickly spirals into a tense, dangerous confrontation where escape is uncertain and enemies wear familiar faces.

This adventure leans heavily into urban tension, moral pressure, and combat under threat, as the characters are forced to protect an ally who is very much wanted and very much not safe.

Fast-moving danger, escalating stakes, and a tone that mirrors Baldur’s Gate 3’s darker companion arcs: seductive, cruel, and unforgiving.
